You should also check out Wikinomics - more great crowdsourcing ideas. The REALLY interesting side of all this is the data aggregation side of crowds. I'm reading 'Click' right now and it's insane how much information is being collected and sorted to learn more and more precise information about the crowd (and the individual). It’s a great book!
